We will definitely recommend Peoples to our people! One comment -- It left a bit of sour taste in our mouths to have the last thing at the signing being told that we would have to pay a late fee on our existing mortgage. Probably unavoidable, but it was shame that the final touch was that realization. We probably could have paid the mortgage earlier in the month, and extended out the start of the new mortgage to avoid it. It kinds of felt like that extra few hundred dollars was of little concern... when it is a big deal for us. Again, minor in the broad scheme of things, but if you can fix it for future clients, I am sure they would appreciate it!
